CarboCad 3D see video
ensures the following ADVANTAGES compared to other materials:
1. GREATER BIOINTEGRATION Thanks to the known absorption properties of masticatory loads up to 60% compared to zirconium and metals and thanks to the extreme lightness that turns into comfort for the patient. *
2. GREATER RESISTANCE Compared to zirconia, glass fiber, PEEK and PMMA.
3. GREATER RESISTANCE TO FATIGUE Ensures stability of mechanical performance over time.
4. GREATER VERSATILITY The carbon fiber structure is suitable for any type of material with cementation of the crowns, obviously single, disilicates, zirconia, metal, ceramic and naturally composite molded in MCM®, an original monolithic technique of our responsible DEI® Lab, the DT. Paolo Pagliari.

CarboCad 3D
ensures the following ADVANTAGES compared to carbon discs of overlapping plain fabrics:
1. PERFECT AND SMOOTH MILLING, since the disk is made up of Bio-Resin (Biocompatible) and random fibers processed with an innovative patented system that features 50 mm fibers, intersected between them and arranged in all directions with homogeneity in all the layers. Thanks to this homogeneous structure the cutter will always find and cut fibers and not "threads formed by fibers" arranged only horizontally, avoiding the detachment of some whole pieces of fibers and resin.
2. Again thanks to our random fibers, compared to the disks made of fibers present in standard carbon fiber fabrics, the effect of "delamination" is totally eliminated because between one layer and another of the random fibers, we always create a perfect cohesion.
3. The RESISTANCE of the samples made with CarboCad 3D, approximately 18% higher than the samples made with overlaid carbon fiber discs, guarantees greater clinical safety.
