Characteristics
The fibre used is specifically made by a company that specializes in aeronautical manufacturing, is multi-directional, so you can unload the forces produced both of compression and of bending, with no problems whatever direction vectors are.
The E-Module of Dream Frame structure is 66.000 MPa, the load resistance 500 MPa, a huge values compared to the forces presented in the oral cavity that are unlikely to exceed the 70/80 Kg/cm2 (about 7 MPa).
Compared to traditional materials it also offers a capacity of shock absorption which is very important for implant prosthetics.
The resin used for impregnation of the fiberes is as a result of new technology and provides high strength properties.
