INDICATIONS
1. Direct and indirect restorations, cementing and core build ups with light-curing composites based on methacrylates.
2. Intraoral restorations of ceramic veneers, fillings in composite, ceramic restorations without additional primer.
3. Treatment of cervical dentinal hypersensitivity and/or radicular post-scaling and root planing.
4. Protective liner concrete glass ionomer fillings.
5. Sealing of cavities before a restoration with amalgam.

CHARACTERISTICS
DEI® New Extra Bond One is a monocomponent adhesive with selective polymerization usable in combination with all the techniques of etching: self-etch, selective-enameletch and total-etch-and-rinse. It is also indicated for both restorations direct and indirect, and for cementing with all composites light-curing or dual-curing.
DEI® New Extra Bond One comes up in two parts (adhesive and catalyst).
DEI® New Extra Bond One can be directly applied on dentin without the need of phase separate etching phase with phosphoric acid, while getting the same adhesive features of the totaletch etchings. DEI® New Extra Bond One tolerates the presence of residual moisture, it can also be used in a universal way with any etching technique both in enamel that in dentin (self-etch, selective-enamel-etch and total-etch-and-rinse). DEI® New Extra Bond One can also be used in a universal way with any type of composite made mainly of methacrylates, light-curing, self-curing and dual-curing.

Thanks to its specific formulation and in the presence of silica nanoparticles, this adhesive system of the latest generation allows the creation of durable bond with the hard dental tissues by light-curing or dual curing (if previously mixed with the appropriate catalyst, DEI® New Extra Catalyst ).
DEI® New Extra Bond One is indicated for bond strength and longevity consistently high (> 30 MPA) dentin and enamel, regardless of the etching protocol used.
The new functional monomer acid GDMA-P created for DEI® New Extra Bond One guarantees a stable and lasting relationship with its chemical structure characterized by a hydrophobic chain, which ensures a good resistance to hydrolytic degradation, linked to functional groups that allows a strong phosphoric chemical bond with calcium ions present in the dental hydroxyapatite, without engaging the operator in complex sequences of applications.
This special formula allows DEI® New Extra Bond One to be employed in steps cementing of indirect restorations (onlays, inlays, veener), bridges and crowns through dual and self-curing resin systems, without firstly having to polymerize the adhesive layer. This is often a decisive factor
