The posts of this line have been specially designed for adapting perfectly to the preparations made with root canal instrumentation with variable taper, their diameter and shape are modeling exactly that of the channels prepared with this technique.
It is available as a special calibrated diamond bur built on exactly the shape of this post.

Glass fibre posts have the distinction of better aesthetic control.
Like carbon fibre posts, their fibres are linked each other by composite materials for perfect adhesion.
All posts manufactured by our firm are produced using raw materials with great quality specifically prepared under our directions and dedicated to dental use.
For the production of the posts cylindrical bars in glass or carbon are sed, prepared with a method of production named ”pultrision”.
The glass or carbon fibres are pre-strained and dipped in epoxy resin before a passage through heated mould that polymerizes the resin. From the mould the finished stick gets out.
Epoxy resin is used owing to its excellent mechanical characteristics and optimum compatibility with cements and last generation composites.
This type of methodology ensures a product with highest quality.
Special computerized CNC machines obtain from these bars the single posts in different shapes.
Every post is checked as to shape and diameter to ensure very high quality standard.
